It is important to note that we only take 4 students per date per vehicle. This ensures that each student get the hands on experience he pays for and the best possible opportunity to get involved in the real conservation duties.
We can with prior arrangement take bigger groups. Please fill in the Online application form and we will get in touch with you.
Duration

Under no circumstances shall Catchco be held responsible for any losses or damages suffered by any Client as a result of the failure by any of its own clients/customers to perform his/her obligations to the Client, nor shall Catchco be obliged to refund to the Client, any payments or pre-payments in the event of the Clients failure to collect fees or other payments from any of its clients/customers.
A reservation is not secure until a 30% deposit has been received. Catchco reserves the right to cancel a provisional booking, without a deposit, to a cash purchaser.
A 30% deposit is required 30 days prior to the student arrival, with the remaining 70% payable 10 days prior to
arrival.
Please note that cancellation fees will be levied in the event of cancellation as per the cancellation policy stated below.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations received before 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded in
full
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will 50% be refunded
- Cancellations received between 30 days and date of arrival, full payment is forfeited.
More information relevant to the travel and stay in Southern Africa will be communicated after the online application has been filled in.
